His First Christmas Without Me

It's his first Christmas and I won't be able to spend it with him. That breaks my heart.
My sisters came down and told me how sad they were, how much they cried for me. It made me sad and ashamed. Knowing my dad got depressed after someone mentioned my name makes me sad too.
I feel like Odell is forgetting about me. This is driving me insane. Todo está de mal en peor. What I would give to be with my handsome baby boy.
Today I have a month in here. I heard my baby boy on the phone. He was blowing me kisses and he said "mama." They told me he took three steps while we were on the call. A whole month without seeing his face. Mami told me his hair is getting curly.
It makes me depressed to know I gave birth to my son in this cruel world and I'm not there to protect him. I don't hate anyone, because God will do His work. Everything is in His hands. He's the only one who is fair.
