God doesn't call the qualified; God qualifies the called.
My trials, and how I've overcome them, have become words of encouragement for other people in moments when their troubles seemed bigger than life. I never thought I would be qualified to give a testimony about how God's mercy redeemed me from living with hate in my heart.
Genesis 50:20 says, "You intended to harm me, but God used it for good." That goes for every test the devil has put in front of me. I came out stronger in peace, in faith, in maturity, and most importantly in freedom.
It took prison to show me how empty life is without God. He is able to straighten out the crooked mess that is your life. I am a nobody, trying to tell everybody about somebody who can change anybody.
You can't choose how you get wounded. You can only choose how to heal. Good days, bad days — but God in all days.
